I work with regular people buying and selling the homes they live in, rather than investors and flippers. I like the emotional pull of a house.

I’m a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Sacramento, and I’ve called this city home since 2002. Most of my business, about 85%, comes from referrals and past clients.
I work with first-time buyers, next-home buyers who need to sell and buy at once, veterans using their VA benefit, people relocating from the Bay Area, and sellers across the region.
Whatever brings you here, you work with me directly, from the first call to the keys.
What areas of Sacramento do you serve?
The whole region. I write about thirteen neighborhoods on this site, from Midtown and Land Park to Carmichael and Rancho Cordova, and I work well beyond them.
Do you work with investors?
Not usually. I focus on people buying and selling the homes they live in.
Are you a broker or an agent?
Both, in a sense. I hold a California broker’s license, which takes more coursework and a harder exam than a salesperson’s license, and I work as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty.
